Feeling grateful for what we have is a foundation for happiness. But did you know that in one study, people who cultivated gratitude also experienced lowered blood pressure, heightened immune systems, sleeping longer and feeling more refreshed upon awakening, and so much more? Those are pretty powerful results for a practice that takes 5 minutes a day.
